Narration -- Sylhet Board

1.   "What's your programme after the examination ?" asked Salam. Kamal said, "I've not yet decided".  "Let us go on a picnic," said Salam.  "What an excellent idea it is !"  said Kamal.

Ans :  Salam asked Kamal what his (K) programme was after the examination. Kamal replied that he (K) had not decided till then.  Salam proposed to Kamal that they should go on a picnic. Kamal exclaimed with with joy that it was a very excellent idea.

2.  Father said to Saima, "Read attentively in order to get GPA-5."  "I am reading seriously. Please pray to Allah for my success," said Saima.  "May Allah bless you."  (SYL 2015)

Ans :  Father  advised Saima to read attentively in order to get GPA-5. Saima replied that she was reading seriously. Then she requested her father to pray to Allah for her success. Her father prayed that Allah might bless her.

3.  The teacher said to Kamal, "Why are you talking in the class ?"  You should behave yourself."  Kamal replied, "Sir, I am sorry. I am asking Jamal to lend me his pen. My pen has run out."  The teacher said, "Be attentive and listen to my lecture. "  (SYL  2014)

Ans :  The teacher asked Kamal why he (K) was talking in the class. He (T) added that he (K) should behave himself. Kamal replied respectfully that he (K) was sorry. He (K) added that he was asking Jamal to lend him (K) his (J) pen. He (K) also said that his (K) pen had run out. The teacher advised him (K) to be attentive and listen to his (T) lecture.
